ServePro started out with a good crew removing my belongings to be cleaned after fire. I was told 5 months after fire they would need 3 days notice to return my belongings. When I called after 9 months when home was rebuilt, they said they had not completed the job cleaning items after my insurance had paid them a huge check and no eta of completion. I am devastated. I was told “you’re not the only fire”.

He explained exactly what they would do, listened to my concerns, and provided a written quote, hours later. Their quote was very reasonable for the scope of work, and I chose them to proceed with job. They began the work the very next day and were finished with it by the afternoon of the following day. Anthony, their guy on the ground supervising, was very professional and also listened to my concerns and led his crew to do an amazing job. I couldn't be more pleased with how the job turned out. 1/8/225- Update. We have now been with Arlo for over a year and still great service! After 2 years of putting up with Waste Wranglers' poor service and exploding prices, we gave these guys a try starting a couple of months ago. So far everything has been great. The people are friendly and they actually pick up our trash every week!
